Refund policy

Damaged Shipment or Missing Items
Please check all items upon receipt for possible shipping damage or missing items. If there are any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order using the form at https://www.buttsinabox.com/contact Please include your shipping information and order number. Once we receive your information, we will reach out via the email you provide on the form to request photos of the damage, so please take photos before disposing of boxes or other items. Once we have reviewed the photos, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds and Returns
At Fair Acres Publishing, your satisfaction is our top priority. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of delivery to request a return. Because our Butts in a Box experience is personalized, we charge a $20 restocking and processing fee. In addition to the $20 restocking fee, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for damaged or missing items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you must contact us using the form at https://www.buttsinabox.com/contact to get a return authorization form which will include our Return Shipping Address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return packages.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the $20 restocking fee and any damaged/missing item fees) within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using the form at https://www.buttsinabox.com/contact

Shipping Policy
Fair Acres Publishing currently only ships to destinations within the United States. 

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and we will select the carrier that best fits our shipping needs at the time of fulfillment.

When your initial box ships, you will receive an email notifying you your order is on the way. There is no notification for mailing the letters, but they are mailed according to the schedule listed in the "How do the deliveries work?" question in our FAQs

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate, including correct abbreviations, as we are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, there will be a charge to re-ship the package.

Once we ship the items, the delivery process is out of our control. We trust your purchase will arrive safely and in a timely manner, but the speed of mail moving through the system is not precise.
