Name for Personalization
This will be used to personalize everything, so use whatever name the child prefers. Please double-check spelling! While each mailing will only contain one set of items, you may include multiple kids by entering something like "Jocelyn, Brian & Joanna," "The Smith Family," or even "Ms. Rish's Class." If you want each child to get their own mailings, then please order multiple products.
Birthday Month
This will only be used to send a Birthday Card from the Animals to the child during their Birthday Month. If there are multiple kids, pick the ONE month in which you'd like to receive the card.
